Broadstone Fun Masters Swim Meets

For Coaches and people in training, these
meets provide a nice goal and checkpoint
scheduled around this Summer's main events.
Winter TIP: Stay dry in the rain with breathable
waterproof windproof outer layer, and
breathable moisture wicking inner layers. Nice
warm gloves and a head cover (under your
helmet) will keep you warm.

Safe Cycling Education !
Safe cycling clinics help cyclists get started in the
right direction. These clinics are for kids and adults.
Topics include what equipment do you need, basic
bicycle safety check, route selection, how to ride with
traffic, basic vehicular laws, signalling your
intentions to drivers. Common groups that we teach
include, schools, businesses, organizations, Boy and
Girl scouts,

More Winter Riding Tips
Time to take an inventory of your cool/cold weather gear. Buy
new jackets and arm/leg warmers if you need them. Wash
and waterproof jackets that need it. Warm up easy on cool
days and ease into the rides. Watch out for ice and debris on
the roads. Please be safe out there!

Swimming is a great cross-training excercise for
cycling, core strength and flexibility help produce
more power to the pedals and help make the body
less prone to injuries. Sessions by appointment M-F
after 5:30pm, Weekends after 4:00pm, $30.00 per
30 minute session. Custom tailored to your skill level.

Cycling is a sport that anyone can participate
in and enjoy. It is fun to do and healthy at the
same time. I would like to introduce any age
group or gender to the benefits of cycling.
Goal setting, training and experience are my
greatest strengths. My objective is to help
anyone attain their goals in cycling in a safe
and organized fashion. The goals may be like
being comfortable on the bike trail, join a
cycling group, lose weight, learn cycling
etiquette, complete a Century or win a Stage
Race. I can help introduce beginners as well
as providing training plans for serious racers.
