Helping people reach their goals is exciting and gratifying for me. I
am lucky to have grown up with sports and fitness in my life. From an
early age swimming was our family sport. My swimming eventually
led to High School Varsity and NCAA Division II teams. Then I
discovered Cycling and fell headlong into that sport. Cycling took me
around the nation and around the world. My biggest accomplishment
was riding across the USA and also upgrading to a Category 2 racer.
All these experiences give me the background to teach other people
skills to reach their goals. As former Cycling Team Coach, Personal
Trainer, current Masters Swimming Coach and Safe Cycling
Instructor, I find enjoyment in using my athletic skills in Coaching. I
am amazed on a daily basis by the dedication and drive that people
possess to reach their goals. Goals come in many forms from
losing five pounds to winning races. When people I Coach reach
their goals, I have also reached mine!
